“Trilogy of the Senses” is an exhibition of three authors who are connected to each other on a sensory level.
Their sensibility makes them, touching and deeply experiencing each event, pour their soul into beautiful images: on canvas, metal and glass.
In the current exhibition, my paintings are images inspired by the wonder of the Minoan civilization. I chose this topic because a large part of my life was closely connected with Greece – I lived there for many years, studied and met wonderful friends.
I love and admire the ancient culture of this country.
Most of my paintings are borrowed from the wall paintings in the palace of the kings at Knossos on the island of Crete, predating by centuries the classical era of ancient Hellas. Through them, I hope to take you on a journey through the beautiful and mysterious myths and legends of an island on a magical island.
